ALBERT COLLEGE
Belleville, Ontario, Canada |
Three unique qualities of the school, in addition to the high quality of education, in a caring and supportive environment:
- Adventure Program: from orientation camp to horseback riding to exploring New York City the program provides opportunities for learning outside the classroom, recreation, teamwork, leadership, personal challenge and exploration in a variety of different environments.
- Active Citizenship: our Duke of Edinburgh Awards program and our community service program both emphasize community outreach, healthy living and global awareness. Students assist with blood donor clinics, contribute to developing world projects, volunteer with organizations like Big Brothers and Sisters, and make regular visits to the elderly.
- “A Profound Sense of Community”: our small size and deep sense of community allows for a diverse international community (with boarding students from over 25 countries) to live and work together with mutual respect.
